| CCMedia Becomes Official Member of IAMA |

To develop an online customer behavior analysis software tool (platform) that satisfies web administrator needs in online advertising and media, CCMedia plans to launch online advertising platform Admidas in Taiwan's ad market this year. As preparation, CCMedia applied to the Internet Advertising and Media Association (IAMA) last year and officially became a member on Jan. 4, 2007.
