| [TAIPEI, TAIWAN, 15 December 2005] Software consulting company Inspire I.T. of Taiwan plans to change its name to CCMedia Technology Company, by Jan. 1, 2006. With a new name and image, the company will continue to improve upon WebNibbler's unique technology, upgrading its functions, including a fresh user interface, in paving a new path for future e-marketing.
Earlier this year in an all-stock transaction, IIT merged with CCMedia, which had over 50% share in South Korea's high-end eCRM market. The two companies have worked closely since the acquisition and decided on the name change after much deliberation. "CCMedia has maintained a long working relationship with giant international enterprises such as Samsung Card, Hyundai, LG Card, earning the recognition of the industry and building a tremendous reputation,"IIT President Brian Chan said. "Thus, considering the future of the world market, we believe changing the English name to CCMedia Technology Co. will bring us a strong advantage."
The Korean branch of CCMedia Technology Co. will continue its role as a high-level R&D team, while the branch in Taiwan will be responsible for international sales and marketing. By maximizing each local office's strong suit, CCMedia Technology Co. aims to optimize its talent and efficiency in bringing more state-of-the-art products and professional services. |
